Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you log in to WoBot and use the dashboard, the bot or the widgets.
1. The service
- WoBot is a chat bot and set of stream widgets for Kick channels. It is offered free of charge. There are no paid plans, subscriptions or payments in WoBot.
- WoBot is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kick.
- Features can change, be added or be removed. We try to keep the bot running, but we don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
2. Your account
- You log in with your Kick account. You are responsible for what is done in your channel's dashboard, including by helpers (sub-users) you invite and the permissions you give them.
- Keep your widget links private: anyone with a link can see that widget. You can reset all links in Dashboard → Widgets.
- You can delete your account and your channel's data at any time in Dashboard → Settings.
3. Using WoBot in your channel
- You are responsible for your commands, timers, alerts, images, sounds, custom code and any text the bot posts for you, and for following Kick's rules and the law.
- WoBot keeps information about the viewers in your chat to run the features you switch on (see the Privacy Policy). Use those features fairly, let your viewers know about them, and don't use WoBot to collect or expose other people's information for other purposes.
- Don't use WoBot to spam, harass, scam, or to attack or overload the service or other people's systems (for example with custom commands that fetch web addresses).
- Upload only media you are allowed to use.
4. Points, levels, games and the shop
- Points, levels, shop items, bets and game results are part of the channel's entertainment features.
- They have no monetary value, can't be bought from WoBot, and can't be exchanged for money through WoBot.
- Each streamer decides the rewards in their own shop and is responsible for delivering them.
5. Suspension and ending
- Channels that break these terms or abuse the service can be suspended or disabled.
- You can stop using WoBot at any time: switch the bot off, or delete your account in Dashboard → Settings.
6. Responsibility
WoBot is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by outages, errors, Kick's services, or content that streamers, helpers or viewers create. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.
7. Changes and contact
When these terms change we update this page and the date at the top. Questions: use the contact form.
